My approach is to treat your mind, body and soul; a truly holistic method.
Having been brought up on a farm deep in the English countryside, I learned respect for the laws of nature and their effects on us at an early age. That captured my imagination and later inspired my passion for the five-element/eight-principle system of Oriental medicine.
In 1984 I started on the path of holistic healing when I met my first yoga and meditation teacher. Soon after, I began my career as a beauty therapist, gravitating towards massage and reflexology, with each stage of my studies developing naturally from wanting to deepen my understanding and to help clients to be healthier.
I graduated as a Doctor of Chinese Medicine in 1995 and began to combine traditional body treatments with rejuvenating facial acupuncture.
For many years, I ran a renowned treatment centre in central London, providing a place of excellence for health and beauty treatments and receiving high acclaim in numerous magazines and newspapers as one of London's most effective, discreet and empathetic practitioners. I have treated many A-list celebrities, although I pride myself on treating everyone with the same level of care and attention.
Complementing my skill base and experience, I completed a 2-year training programme and was ordained as an Interfaith Minister in 2005, able to support clients on their personal spiritual journeys.
In October 2010 I sold my well-established and successful business to pursue my dream of living in Asia for a year, spending several months in India, and travelling in the Malaysian Islands, Cambodia, Vietnam, Borneo and Bali, engaging in self-enquiry, studying yoga and meditation, and eventually qualifying as a yoga teacher in Mysore, India.
My deep passion is to share my knowledge and help others to have a beautiful, happy, healthy and harmonious life.
